My name’s Max Wilson, I’m a former barrister & lecturer turned self-leadership coach and facilitator.
I specialise in helping high-achieving men to thrive in all areas of their life, without sacrificing their wellbeing in the process.
I work with both individuals and teams.
What is ‘Self-Leadership’?
Self-leadership is the practice of becoming an effective leader of your own life.
We’re often taught how to lead and support others, but rarely how to lead and support ourselves.
I know this firsthand.
During my legal career, I reached the depths of burnout and panic disorder.
That’s why I’ve made it my life’s work to ensure others get the support I never had.
Drawing on years of personal and professional experience, I’ve developed a three-part self-leadership framework that empowers others to flourish in all areas of their lives.
