About Me

After practising law, I lectured at a leading university before moving into training and coaching work.

During my personal and professional life I have witnessed firsthand the things that hold people back from stepping into their true potential at work - feeling they have to hide who they are, poor support structures/communication channels and stigma around mental health challenges. I have also observed the things that help employees to thrive - inclusivity, wellness initiatives, encouraging authenticity and open communication in the workplace.

I have since established myself as an experienced trainer. I am driven to help organisations support their employees to step into the most powerful, effective and authentic version of themselves so they can excel both personally and professionally.

EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion): I guide teams in understanding the importance of EDI initiatives and provide actionable strategies to foster inclusive workplace cultures.

Essential and Professional Skills: I provide busy professionals with self-leadership training so they can operate most effectively in their careers.

Group Coaching: I faciliate team-building workshops and group coaching sessions to help teams navigate challenges.

Mental Heath/Stress Management: I educate teams on how to improve mental health practices, raise awareness of mental health conditions and creating supportive environments for employees.
