How does it work?

We often move through life seeing ourselves and the world around us through one lens.

A coach holds up a mirror to help you see your blind spots, limitations, strengths and untapped potential. Someone who, through powerful questioning, can give you a 360-degree view of yourself (usually for the very first time), allowing you to see what’s possible beyond your current perspective and help you get there.

 What’s unique about the way I work?

My coaching style is calm yet transformative. I create a space where clients feel able to show up as their true selves and achieve their goals with confidence.

  • I’m an integrative coach. This means I draw on techniques from various disciplines to best support you.

  • I’m a highly experienced self-development trainer and so I bring in tools and strategies on self-leadership, resilience, high-performance and other areas to enrich our work.

  • I have a genuine personal and professional understanding of what life is like on the ground in high-pressure environments and so I can empathise with the struggles you face.

  • My training as a lawyer means I am able to quickly get to the heart of the matter.

  • I have also been credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC®) which means that I adhere to the highest ethical standards and have completed rigorous training/assessment.
