What is coaching?
At its core, personal coaching is a collaborative process that empowers individuals to unlock their fullest personal and professional potential.
Unlike mentoring, coaching isn’t about telling someone what to do. Instead, it’s a client-led process during which the coach will use powerful questioning, active listening, insight, reflection and gentle challenge to guide the client to their own solutions.
This approach helps clients gain clarity, shift their perspectives, and overcome limiting beliefs, ultimately moving them from where they are to where they want to be.
What is my approach?
I adopt an integrative approach in my coaching practice, drawing on tools and techniques from various disciplines, including NLP and transactional analysis. Additionally, as a skilled trainer in self-leadership, resilience and high-performance, I integrate these teachings into my work to create a holistic and impactful coaching experience.
Being an ICF Certified Coach (ACC®) also means that I have been credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF), a globally recognised organisation which sets standards for coaching practices. The certification acknowledges that I have completed rigorous training and assessment and I adhere to the highest ethical standards.
My coaching style is calm yet transformative. I create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where clients feel able to show up as their true selves and achieve their goals with confidence.
